Mujeeb Ur Rahman re-signs with Brisbane Heat for BBL 11

 Mujeeb Ur Rahman will once again turn out for Brisbane Heat in the 2021-22 Big Bash League, the franchise confirmed on Tuesday (August 31). Mujeeb, who has already played thrice for the franchise, is currently ranked fifth in the T20I rankings among bowlers.

The 20-year-old was named Heat's player of the year in his very first season in the BBL and went on to pick up his first five-fer in T20 cricket last year in the tournament against Hobart Hurricanes. Overall, he has picked up 29 wickets in his BBL career at a stunning economy rate of 6.13.

I believe that he will definitely deliver the best to the franchise. I hope he will be mentally strong and fit as Afghanistan is going through a tough time.
