As Brisbane looks to 2032, volunteers at Sydney's 2000 Olympics look back

 Barry and Judith Weston were newlyweds when they saw an advertisement in a newspaper calling for volunteers for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.

They were living in Sydney at the time, and thought it would be fun; little did they realise they would be part of a life-changing event.

"It was an amazing, amazing experience," Mrs Weston remembers.
